It's a suicide working or joining in this company.especially AFC division

Salary be will be credited on d last day of the month.

Cons

This is not the place for engineers to work.It is better to kill urself rather to work in a division called AFC.Division CEO named Ilanchelian is spoiling the division by his atrocities. He recruit only the puppet managers to work under him.So if you are a puppet u can join this division.

Good place for Chamchas and those having NO self respect and shame

Cons

The division has faced 15 exits in last 3 years in sales alone. Ezlanchian - President of division abuses people openly. BGR family is today incompetent to run this business. If don't have any shame in yourself ...only then one can work there.

Due to my situations, I joined in BGR with very low pay scale, Eventhough I have 6 years of experience. However I feel better at that time. Where ever I joined, I got the good name on my work from management. The same had been carried in BGR also. I put my full effort for four years. But the management didn't provide even a single increments for four years. My head also suggested and provide the NOTE FOR APPROVAL for salary revision . Management didn't bother about it. Who were join after April 2016 they didn't get any increments till date.
