Pros

Company vehicle, credit card, uniforms and shoes paid. Tools paid for. Holidays paid.

Cons

No home life. Worked to death. Company doesn't care if you suffer from heat exhaustion. They only care about how much money you make them. Awful health care plans. Expensive 401k. Won't match. Doesn't offer enough money to have retirement. Management has no idea what's going on and are bullies.

I've seen this company grow since 2013 it grew tremendously because of guys like me.

Cons

Now that they are so big and involved with so many investors they are not profitable enough and let me go in a blink of an eye. They changed my pay from 23.05/hr to 10.00/hr plus commission which was not good for a guy like me. Also when they fired me they deposited my PTO money in my bank account and then took it back. That's right they did a reversal on my bank account. I had 97 hours PTO in the bank you do the math..

Management are bullies, mentally and verbally abusive,not organized,15-16hrs days,rush jobs, not female friendly, unnecessary driving at times
