Pros

Rather friendly, helpful, and somewhat knowledgeable coworkers. Rather simple job. Free food on premises.

Cons

Mostly tedious work. Very rigid workflow, very rigid team structuring. Low pay compared to other workplaces, and especially for their profits and clients. Favoritism in promotions and bonuses. Obscure "perfomance assesment", that gets overridden or changes meaning whenever they want. Used to hide favoritism. Bad work ethic: Tolerance against abusive behaviour when coming from high-ranking people.

Good for the money, and good to work there for around 3 years for the experience.

Competitive money for Thessaloniki area. Starting salary 2200 gross per month (~= 1500 euro net). This is for the Core Software Developer.

Cons

Repetitive work after 2-3 years. Very hard to get promoted, you have to wait for around 5 years and then you may be promoted.
