Very unprofessional management. Eronica Dew, the CEO/Founder is mean-spirited, unprofessional, and rude. She makes up rules and policies as she goes along and does not distribute fair treatment amongst employees. Employee information is not confidential as she will tell your business to other employees when there is a level of confidentiality that should be maintained. They promote an open communication environment however whatever you say will and can be used against you when it is beneficial for her. Eronica does not make choices based on merit or work production but it is based on whether she likes you or not. She makes professional matters personal which is a line that should not be crossed. She has bad business practices and makes choices that aren't client-focused. She is rude and disrespectful and I believe miserable. The benefits package is garbage and no one opted into it, it is expensive. They have 401K but no matching. If you have a family that you need to maintain she says that she understands but her actions say otherwise. If there is a dispute between staff she does not investigate or mediate she automatically believes the complaint without verification. I was laid-off and she said in a loud voice to security that I was terminated which once again is unprofessional. I see why she's in business for herself because because her soft skills and employee engagement are severely underdeveloped
