      Pros

      Its a job to pay your bills. If you don't like making friends with who you work with or getting to know who you work. If you don't like to Say Good Morning or Thank you, this job is for you.

      Cons

      No possibility of movement. Extremely high turnover rate. Unless your family, you wont move up in company at all even with more experience, knowledge, and longevity. Constant concern if you will be fired over small details such as saying good morning to the wrong person.
