      Pros

      Great people and teamwork environment. Encourages lots of creativity and personality within projects.

      Cons

      They are growing faster than they seem able to manage. Communication from management can be very delayed and project timelines can get muddled because of too many people being pulled on and off various projects.

      - good office location and restaurants close by

      Cons

      - extremely high turnover - bad management and promotions for people that dont work as hard as others, high favouritism in the company - no opportunities for growth (junior architects are not promoted after 5+ years) - high stress environment, no organized process and highly manual inputs. Automated systems often break or dont work properly and need to be fixed manually anyway - poor directors and principles (no clue how to run the company)
