      It is clear that the Owner / Director has added the 12/2016 Review to try and add a positive note regarding this company. Look at the others from other past employees, those are the ones that tell the real deal.

      Pros

      The one about if you're a hard worker you will flourish if not you will fail is from the New manager who everyone hates. The one below that is from the lead because he drinks nothing but root beer so that one is obvious. Terrible place to work. Don't do it!

      Cons

      Management is horrible to you. They treat you like trash. Everyone is scared about loosing their job on a daily basis.

      No Advancement/Do Not Believe Management

      Pros

      Great technical people to work with. Staff is very knowledgeable and hard working.

      Cons

      Absolutely zero advancement. Do not believe what management says. Once they hire you for position do not plan on moving. They will keep saying whatever they think you need to hear to stay. Changed terms of employment arbitrarily. High turnover.
