I want to save the people apply or considering employment here in BCS. HR and management try their best to cover up and downplay the real reviews. notice the positive reviews and high ratings were posted in the past few months and because negative reviews are affecting the hiring. No one wants to join because of reading the real reviews for warning people and saving them from making bad decision. Trust the detail reviews and there are a lot of companies out there that are far better. There is reason for impose 75 days notice period because so many people are leaving and wants to leave. they have no choice but to keep them for long as possible.

* Office is ugly and dirty and unhygeinic * Management only cares about MONEY. * Management doesn't care about you, they will get mad at you if you say anything or just ignore your comments, they are bad and unexperienced and no credential leaders who only go with gut feel but they want their people to have credentials IRONIC * No clear management org * Salary is ALWAYS delayed * Increase is delayed * You dont get OT PAY, they will question you a lot. EVEN THO YOU ARE DOING REAL OT. IT WILL BE OVERTIME THANK YOU. THIS IS ILLEGAL!!!! * cant apply for vls, because you have work, you cant go on vl * they will give you many projects but no return to you, no appreciation, you won't get promoted because you need to wait for your 1 yr to get that increase * many people are resigning so dont apply here, THERE IS A REASON WHY PEOPLE ARE LEAVING AND ITS BECAUSE THE MANAGEMENT IS BAD * No direction they only care about new projects and more money * MANAGEMENT IS OPENLY GREEDY AND ONLY THINK ABOUT MONEY * No Respect to PEOPLE, and what PEOPLE NEED. * 75 DAYS OF RESIGNATION PERIOD (75 WORKING DAYS NOT CALENDAR DAYS, meaning weekends not counted). Big companies have only 30 days notice period. They have 75 because SO MANY PEOPLE ARE RESIGNING and they can't keep up with the resignations. If you ask to shorten that you will not get backpay!!!! *DONT ACCEPT YOUR CONTRACT 75DAYS IS LONG AND THAT IS AGAINST THE LABOR CODE IT SHOULD BE 30 DAYS ONLY!! THAT IS ILLEGAL * You will get high PAY at first, but don't expect any increase or any benefits * No processes * No documents * No one will help you and if you fail, IT'S YOUR FAULT * Laptops are all bad and failing how can u work if you work with a super slow laptop lol just bring ur own personal laptop * Most people are seniors with an attitude but you need to please those people so you can't stay away from them because you need to please them * Some MANAGERS are there since the START of BCS, because they cant get work anywhere. They are the very inefficient people, and they are the people who make everything fail. They do not adapt, they are stuck in old processes. * ONLY SENIOR PEOPLE WILL GO ONSHORE AND THEY ARENT THE BEST (ONLY FAVORITES FLY)
