      Friendly atmosphere, Great benefits, Work / life balance, Great communication from management and owner. Entire team is helpful and does their part to help you succeed. Culture is great as people celebrate success.

      Was close to home... that's about it.

      Narcissism is rampant in the organization. Employees that work there that have family ties are paid significantly more and are exempt from poor performance.
