      Pros

      The company offers you opportunities and responsibility at an early stage. You are allowed to forge your own path and there is expertise around you to support you when you are given these roles. The company also pushes you towards your chartership as fast as possible, giving you a wide variety of experience in different types of design.

      Cons

      The company could be more transparent regarding expectations and setting future goals.

      Pros

      - Their is a very good team culture - The management team are kind, caring and listen to their employees - Very high end offices in both Tauranga and Hamilton, both are central to their respective cities. - Leave granted without question, within resonable grounds. - 37.5 hours are required per week, with good time management and planning, your working days can be relatively short and sweet. - Bonus's granted for employee's who work more for a full year, additional christmas gifts for all employees - Employee benefits, (health insurance with southern cross, extended parental leave). - Regular social events (paid by employer). - ability to WFH

      Cons

      - Can be easily sucked into working longer than you need too if you're not careful with your time management, deadlines must be made. - Very large company, can be hard to remember who's who. - larger companies struggle more with keeping up work culture and values compared to small business's. As BCD Group continues to grow, this may become a serious issue. - No redundency payout clause in contract
