Pros
This small engineering/fabrication/construction firm offered interesting work at a competitive salary. The "worker bees" people are extremely capable and have considerable experience in the gas processing business. Lots of great people!
Cons
This once family-owned company sold out to an equity capital outfit to begin a downward spiral where monthly/quarterly results are supreme and long-range planning is either non-existent or delusional. Upper management has no concept of sound business management practices.
