      Pros

      The most non-hostile work environment i've encountered in the Bay Area personally. Great catered lunches on certain days of the month.

      Cons

      Need a bit of re-prioritization.

      Tons of process, lack of direction, and weak leadership all around

      Pros

      - Nice folks, no real jerks - Get to work on a product that you can show off - Good work life balance IF you're not one of those traveling to China all the time

      Cons

      - Tons of process, nothing gets done without a meeting - Groups are isolated w/o much communication between them leading to a crappy product experience - Really low pay although it got a little better with the Intel acquisition - You get the feeling that everyone is playing "startup" (ie. beer, snacks, dogs, open office), but nothing really gets done.
