      There is Good and Not So Good

      Pros

      Great benefits. Culture for the most part is good. I think there is good effort to be the best in class.

      Cons

      Management is young and inexperienced in leading people. Not a very dynamic company. They were a small company that is now part of a big global company. The structure of management lacks accountability at all levels positions.

      Attentive management. Appreciation culture for job done well, quick decision making, fast paced work, company in a growth trajectory. Possibility of collaboration with international teams on Mega projects. Very good for Agri background people.

      Cons

      Agri market is cyclical, company plays among lot of other fragmented players. Growth in core dept. can be slow relatively.
