      Pros

      Nice people to work with, very friendly and always help each other out.

      Cons

      I struggle with my mental health, which they know. And management ask you to approach them for help if you need it but nothing changes. There is a lot of that even outwith mental health - a lot of acting like you care but change never happens.

      Cons

      Nepotism. If you’re Scottish you’ll do ok. Long work for little pay. No work life balance. No bonus. Little regard to mental health. Poor training.
