      Great employees and customers. Brand recognition. Great location in Nashville to serve customers.

      Cons

      Inexperienced senior level leadership. Terrible ERP system. Not market competitive on pay/benefits. High voluntary attrition rate

      Pros

      Depending on the branch there are still some good people left

      Cons

      Revolving door of people depending on your branch. "Corporate" does not listen to anyone. Worst ERP system I have ever seen in my life. It is unusable and no one seems to acknowledge the problems that it is causing

      I have been with The Bailey Company almost 18 years. They are very supportive and very interested in my success.

      Pros

      I was given the opportunity to grow and succeed. They have backed me, and rewarded me, every step of the way. I can at any time go to Management and have them sit down and listen. They are never too busy to help out when needed.

      Cons

      I don't really have any cons. If there are any concerns they are always on top of it, and resolve as quickly as possible.
