      Pros

      Nice offices, some nice people, some good tools.

      Cons

      Directors do little to make employees feel valued, lots of secrecy and lack of communication. Lots of people leaving by 'mutual' consent when the reality is I think they just get sick of the continual staff turnover and secrecy and leave. technical expertise and service delivery needs improvement.

      Pros

      Co-workers will bend over backwards to help with every obstacle you face. So many clients are patient, friendly and a true pleasure to work with. There's such a steep learning curve that you will upskill your knowledge.

      Cons

      Workload, "training", pressure for results, pay, company direction, managing customer expectations, service delivery, you're expected to know everything on day 1. Unfair distribution of work and or phone calls. Demonstrate a skill outside of your job role and the business will make that a part of your job role, apprentices will be expected to hit the ground running with minimal training.

      Pros

      Mostly nice people, nice offices and free food.

      Cons

      If your face fits you’ll be looked after and become part of the gang but if you just want to do your job and go home then you cards are marked. Given the business is run by three brothers (who regularly disagree) it’s hard to ever see how you can go too far in the company.
