Pros

Azendo is a good starting point for recent graduates looking for their first job or wanting to work abroad. There are plenty of opportunities to gain experience and have positive experiences overall.

Cons

At Azendo, employees often feel like they're seen only as workers. There's too much focus on attracting new customers and employees rather than supporting current ones. This includes not just the low salary, which is nearly impossible to increase, but also outdated equipment like computers, chairs, and screens. Because of the low pay, Azendo struggles to hire experienced staff, often bringing in newcomers who need extensive training. When these employees are presented as "specialists" to clients, I really feel like the clients are being lead on. The fact that the CEO is involved in trying to boost their Glassdoor score by giving themselves a top rating is a very good example of how delusional the company is.

Pros

Overall nice work environment with good people, but will also depend on your specific team Good at organizing social events Good opportunity to try to work and live abroad (if you're not a local hire)

Cons

Low salaries for both locals and foreigners Bad/inexperienced management Unappreciative of loyal employees, but seems to reward new employees with higher salaries, more flexibility etc Bad equipment, including laptops, screens, tables, chairs etc. Micro-managing They brand it as a company with scandinavian leadership and values, but that is not my experience Big difference in how employees are treated, there's clearly favorites I could add more to the list here, there is lots of space for improvement. I would purely recommend Azendo for the experience of living in Thailand.

Pros

For recent graduates, Azendo can be a decent starting point to gain industry experience, especially if you're looking to combine it with an adventure in Chiang Mai.

Cons

While it can be a decent starting point for recent graduates to gain industry experience, particularly when combined with an adventure in Chiang Mai, there are some key factors to consider. Salaries offered are below average, with limited room for negotiation. Additionally, there's a lack of opportunities for professional development through peer-to-peer learning. Perhaps the most significant disconnect lies in the company's motto of "freedom under responsibility." In reality, the daily work environment is characterized by micromanagement, leading to a stressful atmosphere where employee contributions aren't always fully valued.
