      Good benefits, Bad culture

      Pros

      Better than typical benefits. High growth potential due to steady M&A activity.

      Cons

      Bully-style top management in CASE. Lack of diversity within leadership ranks. Significant pay disparity between Operations and Sales roles. Typical front line Operations salary range is 45k while Sales reps start at 120k plus monthly commission. High turnover with top talent due to toxic work culture.

      Good people in the local teams but very poor central leadership with an absence of inspiring leaders.

      Excellent local teams with great knowledge and expertise but with no central leadership or direction. Some real talent at their finger tips which is not used to its maximum potential

      Cons

      A toxic working atmosphere with very little consideration or trust in the people on the ground. Focus is only on a very small number of key suppliers with no concern for customer management or improving the customer experience. Compensation is poor compared with similar companies and very little chance for salary increase or career advancement
