Good cruise benefits. The ships are old but the onboard crew is great
Cons
New leadership is incompetent, which causes constant back and forth change; poor organization and planning resulting in last minute urgent requests requiring immediate resolution; employees = slaves attitude with zero work-life balance
Room for advancement (to a degree). They are willing to listen to ideas from employees. Most of the low-level supervisors and team leads are awesome.
Cons
They micromanage every little second of the day. They are willing to put you in a higher position but not give you a raise. They give you hope that you might be able to move up in the company and then never follow through. Need to work on communication. They have no issue laying off or firing really amazing employees if it benefits their bottom line despite the help they provide for other employees.
