Pros
The company is quite apt about their payments and your works will not go unpaid unless they are not published in respective websites. Unlike other freelance employers, they will make sure that you receive your payment within the first 10 days of every month. Good pay.
Cons
A minimum threshold of INR 2000 is maintained and you need to earn more than that to get paid. They maintain a rating system based upon the quality of your write-ups and it falls drastically. If it falls below 5.0 you are out of the network.
