Axrail is very good for learning. I have chance to try many new AWS services and latest cloud technologies. The team is friendly and always help each other. I learn a lot from my colleagues. Also, I get to work on interesting AI projects, which is exciting and good experience. Axrail also requires all technical staff to take AWS certification, which help improve my skills.

This place is great for both working and growing. You will realize there is so much to learn and so many ways to improve yourself. Everyone is super friendly and always willing to help out. People here share knowledge freely to each other. You can explore yourself more by trying other roles in company. And, there is no office politics. You can easily give feedback or make requests to management, and they actually listen and take into consideration. The company maintains a professional work environment, where comments and feedback are focused solely on the work, with no personal attacks allowed.
