Poor management A biased appraisal process based on your ice cream skills. Management doesn't know what they are doing or what they want to do. They are hiring people only for production support and maintenance, all new products are developed by vendors as they don't have confidence in their team. No work-life balance as you have to work on late nights and weekends. No other benefits apart from your salary. You can't learn anything here as you won't be a part of any discussion or while taking a decision. HR policies are suck, as no HR will respond to you. Not suitable for an IT guy. At last, only join in the case if you don't have any other offer and you want money for your survival. And freshers please please please don't join this company they will ruin your future. Instead, join some startup where you can at least learn something. Applicable only for IT/Software Developer guys:)
