Pros
Being a small consulting firm there is close and regular contact with the leadership team. They always have an open door and are eager to hear new ideas. The company culture is, for the most part, good. Leadership cares about its employees and its clients.
Cons
A limited and narrow client base results in limited growth opportunities. Leadership is not always constructive in handling employees leaving the firm.
