Surrounded by talented and nice people WFH forever but option to come to office Growing company Pay is good as a Startup company
Cons
Still lots of room for improvement Work uncertainties sometimes Work is challenging but this could be actually positive!

Pros
- International teams with member coming from 20+ countries - Co-workers are competent and easy to work with in general - Very flexible about working hours and locations - WLB can differ by a lot between teams but it's relatively good compared to Japanese counter parts in general - Not really about company but working in space sector is fun
Cons
- Ok-ish salary - Things can be messy and without clear directions, as most startups are
