Pros

Axcess offers a competitive salary and decent benefits. It's the only thing that keep employees in their seats while they are mistreated or ignored.

Cons

Lack of direction at executive level results in extensive rework, missed opportunities, and overall inefficiency. Unchecked and inflated egos at the director level. HR department is there only in name and does nothing when confronted with legitimate and documented complaints of age and sex discrimination.

Pros

Was given a chair and desk.

Cons

Most Collection jobs were sent down to Mexico.... don't you love the American pride that makes us so great.... the company is on its way out. The writing on the wall is clear. collection jobs are going to Mexico and from what I hear the 3rd level IT is in Peru. Why pay an American a decent wage when you can outsource for a fraction of the price... The company is choosing quantity over quality. I don't know why anyone would want to work for this company it's went from bad to worse to an atrocity. I don't know if me stating that the collections department is being outsourced is confidential but I know to those people that lost their job it's front page news.

Pros

Not sure why anyone is posting that it's getting better....if anything with the new regs coming out, the demand to write letters for fear the Financial board will discover what's happening....the environment continues to decline. They restructure and restructure and restructure and while doing it, lay off some of the best people they could ever hope to employ. It's a sad situation....in other words there are no pros.

Cons

As mentioned above there really are no pros~the pay isn't bad....it's an organization that thinks that is the answer.....it's very very sad.

At Axcess Financial, we recognize that our employees are our biggest asset. Over the past year, our operational model has evolved, allowing us to focus on a strong growth strategy. We will continue to make changes in our operating procedures to support this strategy. It’s unfortunate this evolution has affected your experience as an employee. Thank you for your comments and your patience during this time of change.
