Pros
There are oppertunities to grow due to the lack of overal experience in the company. Yearly bonus. Hourly production workers are great people.
Cons
Political. There are double standards from the second you walk in the door. Out dated technology and a "willy nilly" approach to conform to new standards. Ownership and leadership show no interest in developing new talent or to be involved in the overal welfare of its employees. There is an "everyone is replaceable" mentality. In the 3+ years I worked there the turnover rate progressively got worse.
