Pros
Work with really smart people who are well regarded in private equity field; strong support for career development; excellent compensation; as much responsibility as you can handle; really cool people with great personalities
Cons
Long hours with weekends required similar to investment banking; if you are not assertive enough, you will struggle due to demands of the job; a lot of travel, not as much as consulting, but lots of day trips all over the country which can be tiring

Pros
Employee benefits are great, perks are great, people are extremely knowledgeable in their field. A small size firm, but they are all hand-picked group of the best of the best in each of their fields. Top talent. Currently, over 30 employees, but the firm is growing rapidly. Compensation is great.
Cons
In general, this is a very top place to work, in my opinion. Just the perks alone, would make this a dream job. One thing, maybe unite everyone a little more, more team building.
