      Pros

      Many opportunities to grow in the field of Aerospace. Company enables one to learn and alot and give chances to prove themselves and are rewarded accordingly too. Working on various projects helps in one's career largely. Place for freshers to learn and kick-start their career.

      Cons

      If commuting arrangements done for employees, it will be much appreciated. Making Saturday working to a min of 2 in a month will be good.

      Hire and Within 4 month they will fire 60 to 70 Candidates. They will play with candidates Career.

      Cons

      Worst Company. Do not join this company .they will fire 60 to 70 candidates at a time without notice period and salary within 4 months. they will do each and every years like this. Please be aware about this company.

However, we are quite surprised with your comments, as in the past several years, we do not recollect firing 60-70 employees and that too within 4 months! Furthermore, our HR policy since inception has been maintained and followed professionally which defines notice period or pay in lieu of - applicable to both employee and employer - records of which have been maintained religiously.       Pros

      They prove that experience is just a number and the actual experience is in one's ability to learn and grow. Good ideas are appreciated and accepted. Challenging environment. Real talents are well recognized and groomed. Laid back ones, continue remaining as one. If you are a fresher or someone with less experience, this could be a good place to start and learn.

      Cons

      Small. Hence limited number of projects. Long working hours. Less benefits in terms of travel and food.
