Thanks for your feedback. We are glad that you enjoy your time at Avinity Analytics, however some points are misrepresented and are found to be false:
1. As an innovative AI and Data company, we deliver projects that adopt the latest technology innovations. Our current R&D areas - AI Agent Ochestration, Context Architecture Design, Augmented Analytics (Structured data) are leading technologies that require constant innovation and exploration. As junior members upskill and gain experience, they will be involved in these projects that require higher level of expertise and experience.
2. Our highest management is not involved in the hiring of graduates and juniors. Furthermore, any hiring and firing of employees are decided jointly by the supervisor and management team. No individual has the authority to make these decisions on their own.
3. We have implemented an official Modern Slavery policy, headed by a non-management employee, who is responsible for any mistreatment and unfair decisions. An anonymous channel has been setup to facilitate this based on employee feedback.
4. Our Avinity office culture is to promote individual growth both technical and interpersonal. Appraisals, alignment sessions are positive criticisms and carried out without negative and derogartory tone and language.

Resist the urge to engage in office politics, badmouthing, or slander. A victim mindset frames every problem as external and none as your own, a mindset that limits growth.
