Manufacturing can't plan to save their life and when they fail, it's a daily game of "Who's the scapegoat?"

Pros

The people are great to work with. Loyalties are easily formed between subordinates and middle management. Middle management is fully aware of all the challenges this company is facing, and their empathy flows down to their subordinates.

Cons

Everyone is expected to perform a workload of 3-4 people. The executives think that it is the manufacturing side that makes the money... not sales, nor the combination of all departments that makes the process work. That's according to the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Great people to work with on a daily basis. The interaction with them was what kept me sane.

Cons

Really poor work culture. I felt like I was in jail every single day with no option for a bail.
