Pros

- Great perks! (weekly massages, corporate sponsored outings, top of the line work products) - Supportive team. I was new to the industry and the training/support has made the learning curve as painless as possible -Immense growth potential. I was promoted after 3 months of being hired- they really recognize and reward hard work.

Cons

-There is A LOT to learn. And you are expected to learn by experiencing the product for yourself. The upper management expects you to absorb their lessons, take cues from their actions/behaviors and then replicate that. It is not the most comfortable way to learn which is why I am listing it as negative, but really, it is the fastest and most efficient way to learn.

Pros

The company is open to raw talent and helps individuals develop their potential by driving them towards work efficiency the hard way. They give adequate compensation and create a conducive work environment.

Cons

The company takes each employee's work as it's own and lets go of valuable employees once the company has benefited from them and replaces them with new people for lesser pay and utilize old pioneering employees' works and examples.
