      Totally realated to Core, If you are intrested in MWE,DSP,EDC the best place to work and learn. Majorly RF field.

      Cons

      Timing are too bad, every person shoulld work atleast 10hours per day, and no regular weekend holidyas ,if you are in R&D department there are no week holidays you must work 12 hours daily and total week.

      i have 3+ years of experience with avantel.its a good platform to learn,friendly nature .I'll recommended for fresher who can work hard and willing to learn .

      salary is not much,employee benefits are also not good.
