      Fun, Easy going, Flexible Company with lots of perks!

      Pros

      Avanceon is know for their "work hard, play hard" moto. With flexible schedules and availability to work from home, to their unlimited PTO policy, this company knows what it means to treat their employers right. They have socials every Friday, lots of company paid lunches and events, great training and management who cares, and so much more. Couldn't be happier to work for a company like Avanceon.

      1) 9-5 timings, no overtime and outside office hrs working

      Cons

      1) No business direction, company lacks substantial projects, often engaging in meaningless task like mockups and dummy views, offering no exposure to real-world business scenarios. 2) No freedom to be creative or think critically. Only expected to simply follow instructions like tool operators, without room for innovation. 3) Female staff not valued for their professional abilities, only there for female representation

      Can't think of any Pros, but can use this place as a stepping stone to go to someplace better because any other place will look Infinitesimally better once you've worked here.

      Cons

      A plethora of cons especially for the new inductees. Shamelessly low salary package which has never arrived on time. Seniors are so over burdened that they have no time to guide or review your work and so underpaid that they don't even want to. 3 years of experience later the maximum salary you will get is 50k They claim to be a learning environment but treat you like a part time resource for editing their documents and doing stuff that seniors are too lazy or busy to do
