      Pros

      Avalon is a great place to work and management is very approachable. There are monthly reviews (supervision) so that you are always aware of how you’re performing. The management team works with you to achieve your goals within your position. Very rewarding job.

      Salary could be better for the amount of work expected of you.

      Amazing managers! Amazing staff team Great clients awesome experience and looks great on a resume. The owners and managers extremely nice, and really puts the client needs above all.
