Shockingly, there have been instances where a fake product was showcased on the website to deceive both conference attendees and potential investors. This lack of integrity is deeply concerning. Missing Management: The management seems to have lost touch with the reality of the workplace. Their physical absence on site reflects a lack of involvement and leadership. This disconnect has led to a sense of aimlessness among the employees. High Turnover and Lack of Replacement: Employees are leaving the company at an alarming rate, and there is no effort to replace those who have departed. This understaffing puts immense pressure on the remaining employees, leading to burnout and decreased morale. Abusive Work Environment: The workplace has become toxic due to the abusive language used by several VPs. Instances of employees being belittled in front of their peers have become commonplace. It is disheartening to know that complaints have been lodged against these VPs, but no action has been taken due to their close ties with the CEO. Wasteful Resource Allocation: Despite looming project deadlines, valuable resources are being squandered on projects with questionable justification or a history of failure.
