- Innovative with new automotive materials - consistent 40 hr weeks - global coordination within company - good benefits - "small" company feel (CEO and directors were around and accessible

Cons

- location is not very near to any of the Big 3 - cross function coordination was poor (for example, manufacturing and engineering) - responsibilities of roles not always clear - several employees needed to be let go do to poor performance

I have not one positive thing to say about this company.

Cons

Upper management, John Lenga (CEO) is driving this company into the ground. Spent millions on a new building that was not needed only to turn around and layoff employees right before Christmas. This is a company run by executives driven by greed.
