      Pros

      The management team was very supportive, especially for someone beginning their career in marketing and tech.

      Cons

      It was a small company, so not a lot of opportunity for promotion. However, it was acquired by another company that opened up for more opportunities.

      Pros

      I work from home and I love the flexible scheduling I am able to choose, whether it's day or night. They are great people to work with with excellent communication. I get to choose if I work weekends or not.

      Cons

      I decide how much I get paid and I'm not sure if I'm making what I'm worth. I have no idea what other transcriptionists are making. I've searched for information about this and haven't been able to find anything concrete that helps.
