      Pros

      As a system integrator we get involved with a variety of automation and controls technologies, applications and industries. We are constantly learning as new systems and technologies are introduced. The company is good about ensuring that employees attend trade shows, conferences and receive formal training in new systems. We have a great team of dedicated engineering who value the importance of sharing information and helping team members succeed in their assignments.

      Cons

      Some projects might not be so glamorous based on the variety of industries we serve.

      Pros

      • Excellent client list and interesting projects; ASI works with the who’s who of the Midwestern life sciences industry. Projects are always varied and technical in nature. ASI works in all aspects of device, biotech, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. • ASI works with its people to tailor projects their career aspirations. • ASI really looks to keep employees for the long-term. • Great location near highway, train station and bike path.

      Cons

      • One sometimes has to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
