      Great company driven by poor management

      Pros

      This company has so much potential but has squandered opportunities like bringing new technology to the market. Mid management is good but CEO lacks vision.

      Cons

      Poor Leadership at the top. A CEO that thinks he knows and can do everything. He will be the reason the company fails. Serious financial issues. They basically can't pay their bills or employees. CEO lies about financial stability of the company.

      It’s a good start for entry level, fresh out of school students who wanna get some experience in the biotech industry.

      Cons

      - The turnover is very high. - “Leadership” as they refer to themselves can’t lead squat. - They mismanage finances and make do by allocating money owed to employees for other things. - All the company cares about is expanding and hiring as many people as they can, but can’t keep up with what accounts they already have.

      -You have the opportunity to learn a lot very quickly -Depending on the role, no one micromanages you -You can get away will doing the bare minimum because there is no management

      Cons

      -While you have opportunity to learn, you are learning on your own. No one helps you and there is no mentorship program -They are having a TON of money issues. You will not get reimbursed for company purchases for over 9 months at absolute minimum -The hiring process is a joke. The hiring team has no idea what the company does and will just hire the first person they interview. If you are actually competent, you'll end up doing everyone's job for them -The CEO is a pathological liar and will promise a deadline to a client knowing full well that that date cannot be met. He tells the entire company to lie
