Pros

Great pay even at entry leve. I was making $16/hour with like $45 a day per diem. So roughly $1,100 a week after taxes. Always stayed in in nice hotels, never any motels. Always had my own room - never had to share a room Get to travel the country and build up hotel point and flight points

Cons

7 days a week - 10 hour days (which is also a pro if you're looking to make good money)

Pros

Collaborative and supportive team environment that values innovation and continuous improvement. Opportunities for professional development through training programs and taking on new challenges. Competitive compensation and benefits package with good work-life balance. Company is an industry leader with strong market position and growth trajectory.

Cons

Inter-departmental communication could be improved for better alignment on project priorities. Occasional resource constraints leading to workload peaks during busy periods. Technological upgrades or adoption of new CAD/data management tools can be slower.

Pros

For the most part the work environment is laid back. Working in the offices, everyone has their own workspace/cube. ACS is a fantastic entry level job to get on the job training. There is the ability to learn many different skills while at ACS. The availability to work remotely when needed is a nice perk. The equipment available to work with to get the job done is on the nicer side.

Cons

Management could be better. A few of the managers rule with a "do as I say, not as I do" attitude. The benefits aren't the greatest...but they aren't the worst either. Sadly, ACS seems to promote politics. Those who "suck up" to management will succeed and promote faster than the hardworking employee who keeps their head down and works all day.
