As an owner, it is disappointing to offer an opportunity in a new industry with a clear growth plan for an employee, only to see them lack the patience and dedication needed to build a strong foundation for future success.
It is frustrating when an employee who has strained relationships with the team and direct supervisors fails to recognize that repairing workplace dynamics requires diplomacy—often through behind-the-scenes efforts—to rebuild trust and cohesion.
