The actual company is full of some very caring, dedicated people who genuinely care about your well being and taking care of you. It's a really fun job, training and camera are provided, and you make some great connections and friends along the way.
Cons
Sadly there isn't much room to grow. Because you work so independently, you can't really move up in the company all that much. Also, dealerships are a brutal beast, and new managers can make things a bit difficult. And stores can cancel their service overnight which cuts down on hours.
