Pros

Honestly, there isn’t much that stands out in a positive way. The company’s priorities seem heavily focused on revenue above all else.

Cons

The environment is high‑stress and difficult to work in, with a culture that often feels unsupportive and draining.

Management is shady

Pros

Great pay, paid time off is good, Third Thursdays are awesome. Lots of great coworkers

Cons

They will fire without reason, they will fire you to keep someone else, they will let managers violate the Zero Tolerance policies because "they are too good to let go" while letting the victims of harassment get no resolve. Then later finding any reason to fire, even if it's discriminatory. Will fire others for being late but not every employee is held to that standard. Nepotism at its finest!
