The company culture could be improved. It wasn't bad by any means, I just would like to see more company events to network with others.

- small company - as of writing this, they contract only at Google - Some bad hires: Two people in team had sabotaged projects and lie to co-workers to try and put themselves at higher standing within the org. No real action was ever taken, but they inevitably left the team. - Appointed pjm would cut corners as ask you to play along, making decisions off of incomplete findings. "that sounds like more work".. is something I heard multiple times from this pjm. And when talking about negative/aggressive behavior by another colleague, the pjm rolled eyes at me. So decided I had to leave.
