      If part of the corporate staff you get lunch free 1x per week

      Cons

      Little room for growth as the company is full of family members/friends. Heard from coworkers there is minimal raises given year over year. Get out while you can

      Great Company with all good intentions

      Cons

      They expect you to jump thru hoops no matter where you live to make it happen. Too many hours with no reward. Use your own vehicle for company business and take care of your own maintenance
