Pros

Free Parking and nothing else is good about this company

Cons

Only 10% of people work in most of the teams and other 90% don’t have skills to perform their duties which is causing stress to everyone in team. Technical Team Leaders are worst people without any skills and do not let anyone work in the team. The work culture is worst which make you cry everyday. Avoid this company at any cost if you don’t want mental stress. There is huge work pressure on people who are working and others are not at all working. Some of the old team members and team leaders and not doing anything which is leading to this kind of worst culture.

Pros

Free tea, coffee and milk Fruit regularly Favouritism

Cons

Management and their inability to manage themselves let alone others. Management passing 90% of their work on to other and then doing their external committees and side business instead.

Pros

Great colleagues and managers (who have since left the company) are lovely, but have unfortunately become very jaded

Cons

Archaic WFH process - you will be "lucky" to apply to WFH for 1 day a week but only after you pass the 6 probation period. Even government organisations have better flexibile work arrangements Lack of diversity - all senior leaders in the Media, Marketing and Acquisition team are middle-aged white men. This also extends to other areas of the business as well as the external advertising agency used to shoot commercials. Lack of career progression. People stay in the same role for years and become very complacent and do not challenge the status quo. Only those who started with the business have been rewarded with GM positions. Teams within the department are very siloed and this drastically reduces creativity and innovation. Bureaucracy with legal/compliance and other areas of the business kill a lot of productivity.
