It all rolls downhill from someone in corporate. I knew how to run a business better then any of them it was like they were clueless. Always a struggle to get, train, and keep people because the company acts like the profit doesn't support more employees making $7k a day with only 1 or 2 people minus the drivers. Low priced items are expected to be forgotten about so then you have to tell them you can't get it and make them mad then wander why they don't spend all their money at your store. Each driver runs at least an hour run everytime so delivery times are always a mess. They need more people and more organization but it just never happens because they don't understand what it takes to grow a strong business.

Mileage compensation is below national average. Consistent changes to chain of command. Employee retention issues. Constant changes to commercial bonus plan to the point of eliminating any chance at a bonus.
