      Pros

      Great company heritage, industry is huge and thriving, coworkers are genuinely good people

      Cons

      No clear job rolls, understaffed departments, problems do not get solved and swept under the rug, upper management does not utilize the skills they hire you for, unethical workplace behavior rewarded more than reprimanded.

      Pros

      This was a great company to work for. The people were friendly - it was a family type of environment. A lot of the people have been there for a very long time. They offer a lot of opportunities for people to develop new skills and have a good life-work balance.

      Cons

      The wages could be a little more competitive. There's room to improve your position, but the career path is limited.
