Super friendly foreign helpers. Production workers are very friendly. Nice parking area.
Cons
I worked in the Serbian branch of their company. There are loads of more qualified workers with way more experience working menial jobs in the company. The quality team I was part of is basically managed by a brat who hired her sister, best friend and mother who have no idea how to do their job, there is no difference in other sectors. All of the people who are there because of connections usually make someone else do their work. Good workers are getting fired because of insecurities that someone wants to steal someone else's job because of lack of competence. The entire "office" personnel in total has maybe 2 people that know what they are doing.
