      Odd that there's a huge influx of 5 star reviews in December 2021 when there was a massive hiring effort going on at that time due to the company being majorly understaffed. What's weirder is how fake the reviews seem, two back to back 5 star reviews from former employees who both now live in DC, strange... Admin are willing to lie about their reviews to the world, and they won't hesitate to lie to your face, talk down to you, treat you like dirt, and then tell you to be better. I used to be one of their biggest supporters and hardest workers, and then the CEO showed her true colors. Check the reviews on indeed where they have a 2.1 rating if you want honest reviews.

      They used to have free tampons in the bathroom, but they are gone now.

      Cons

      Perpetual dishonesty from admin and owner. This went in all directions. They often got caught in lies as well and it's quite hysterical they still continue to lie. They lie a lot to the parents. The company treats people like dogs. They do NOT have the kids best interest in mind. There insurance sucks and it's ironic it doesn't cover ABA services if your kid has autism. They do a ridiculous amount of stuff to cut corners and it ends up costing them more money in the long run.

      Decent pay good hours kids are great

      Admin is never available to help they always blow you off and don’t answer questions things are always changing and it’s confusing constant changes to pay when working overtime never gives out Bonusly when they say they will
